There are some amazing groups of people in Lillington who are working together to create a friendly, environmentally minded, safe and supportive neighbourhood. Have a look here to find out more about who they are and what they do. We need you!

Bee Friendly Leamington was launched in March 2023 with the intention of raising awareness of the importance of bees and other pollinators, to expand and enhance their foraging and nesting habitat and to achieve ‘Bee Friendly Town’ status in 2024. They have already conducted several bee conservation education sessions in primary schools and Rangers’ groups in the area.  Contact: Jo Harper beefriendlyleamington@gmail.com

C.L.E.A.N.(Cubbington and Lillington Environment Action Now) was launched in June 2023 and are aiming at making it easier for people to combine very busy lives with doing their bit to be more sustainable. They hope to find enjoyable ways to do things, to work in small groups, or street by street. They are trying to set up local recycling hubs, to support people in reducing their household bills by improving their insulation (using a thermal imaging camera), as well as family friendly activities such as walking buses to schools and children’s book and clothes sharing.” Contact: Matt Black matt.black@pop3.poptel.org.uk

Friends of Lillington Expressway is a friendly litter picking group who meets regularly to clean Lillington Express Way. Check their Facebook page for the next date.

Good Gym Leamington is looking for people in Lillington to volunteer for local runs and good deeds!

Lend a green hand to Lillington in Bloom. We have various planting and gardening activities throughout the year.

Lillington Choir has launched at Lillington Nursery and Primary School.

Lillington Food Pantry provides help with food and other essential items and is also a warm hub.

Love Lillington is a charity based at St Mary Magdalene’s, providing help to people who live within the parish. 

Lillington Local History Society promotes the study of local history by meeting socially for discussions, talks and visits.

Lillington Makers are a friendly bunch running arts and crafts open to all adults at Lillington Library every Tuesday 10am till 11:30am. Workshops are free and all material is provided.
