Neighbours planting bulbs together outside the Library.
Lillington Connect is working with the Council to support Lillington in Bloom, an initiative where people with green hands in our neighbourhood get together to bring colours and biodiversity to Lillington.
We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 10am at the Library for half an hour of gardening.
Last April Lillington residents got together to plant flowers in their front garden and in green spaces outside their houses. In November they planted spring bulbs outside the library.
Huge thank you to Hintons Nursery and Smiths Garden Centre who donated 250 bulbs to support Lillington in Bloom!
