We will respect everyone’s privacy

The aim of this group is to create a sense of community in the street and for everyone to feel safe. We will not share information related to you, your name or other personal details with the street or outside the street and this includes social media.

We will be kind and courteous

We are all in this together to keep the street a welcoming place to live on. We will treat each other with respect even when our ideas or points of view differ. Bullying, swearing, racism, sexism or any type of hate speech will not be tolerated.

We will focus on remaining positive and fun

The main aim is to have fun and look after our isolated neighbours (when there is a heatwave or a snow storm). We are not here to name and shame, spy on each other or resolve neighbours disputes or complaints.

We will keep it simple

The group will focus on a couple of events and a couple of small initiatives to support each year. We will not promote businesses, spam or post junk mail through your door.
